Antique Car Restoration

This 1960 Fiat Jolly car is typical of tropical resort  vehicles in the 60's and 70's.   Can't you just see Elvis tooling around in it singing "Blue Hawaii?"   Using the tattered originals as a guide, we hand-wove new rattan reed seats for this antique car restoration to ensure an authentic reproduction.   The collector ultimately sold the antique car at auction, and we're now working on another one.

Ahh, we love a puzzle!  You can imagine how much this rocker once meant to someone that their family saved the pieces long after it had come apart.   The cane seat and back are hand woven, and now that this heirloom rocking chair has been restored and refinished, the family can enjoy it for many more years to come.

Globe Wernicke bookcases are most commonly called Lawyers Bookcases. This Globe Wernicke file cabinet is a rare example of stacking office furniture from the early 20th century.
 
Originally owned by one of the first Hispanic attorneys in Fort Worth, it now resides in his grandson's law office in downtown Fort Worth.

These antique gesso over wood picture frames were restored after a house fire. During the fire, the frames fell to the floor and the curved glass was broken. After extensive restoration to the frames and original photos these heirlooms were returned to the family.
